Ismet Hajdar, Chairman of the Audit Committee
He was born in 1963, in Konjic. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Mostar, in 1987. Since 2000, he has been employed at the Privatization Agency of HNC, at the position of senior associate in the Privatization Implementation Sector, and he currently holds the position of Advisor to the Director for Public and Private Partnership. Also, he currently performs the duties of the chairman of the Board of Health Insurance Institute of HNC.
He also completed mandatory training for the chairman and members of the Supervisory Boards and members of Management Boards of the companies with state capital, in accordance with the training program implemented by FBiH Chamber of Commerce. He participated in several specialist trainings and seminars in the field of public and private partnership, accounting, labour relations, implementation of the provisions of the Law on Real Right and other trainings.
He was born in 1973 in Grude. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Split. In 2015 he was appointed as Deputy Director of the FBiH Tax Administration. Prior to his appointment, he was the Head of the Department for control of large taxpayers in the region of Mostar. He also held the position of Head of the Cantonal Tax Office in Ljubuški, as well as of the Federal Tax Inspector.
At the 27th Session of the Assembly, held on 28 December 2018. Slobodan Vukoja was appointed as a member of the Audit Committee of the JP Autoceste FBiH d.o.o. Mostar for a period of four years, starting from the date of adoption of the Decision by the Assembly of the JP Autoceste FBiH.
Nina Džidić, Member
She was born in 1981 in Mostar. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. She is currently working as an Advisor to the Chief Financial Officer at JP Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar. She served as the head of the Accounting Department and the head of the Controlling Department at JP Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar.
