We want to be recognized as a socially responsible company that constantly works on improving relations with the local community by investing in various infrastructure projects, granting scholarships to the best students and publicly acting. Our values are also in the contribution of economic development and increase of economic activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina with transparent and fair business.

That is why we are developing and maintaining an open dialogue, constantly and transparently, with state and international institutions, and with the local community. Being aware that the construction of a motorway affects the lives of local communities through which Corridor Vc passes, we find a way to establish quality cooperation with local communities. We participate in the construction and reconstruction of regional and local roads, as well as other infrastructure projects in local communities.

The obligation as well as our clear commitment as a socially responsible company to invest in the field of environmental protection has been verified through the introduction of the ISO 14001 standards. Apart from the measures of protection and monitoring, the use of ecologically acceptable means in maintenance of the motorway and materials with minimal harmful effects on the environment, And also improve existing motorway maintenance technologies. We are pleased that we managed to get the ISO 9001 certificate and this demonstrates our commitment to introducing a system of quality and perseverance at work in the company that uses the latest business trends in the world.
We did not forget our future experts as part of our business. Students of faculties of construction in their practical teaching are visitors to the site, and each year we offer scholarships for 25 best students, especially in the fields of construction, traffic, electrical engineering and other faculties of close business activities. Upon completion of their education, some former scholarship holders were given the opportunity to complete internships, as well as the possibility of employment, and students of the final years of studies to practice in the company.

Mostar received two awards, which is a confirmation and acknowledgment for successful business in the previous year, and that – in the category of large companies, the PC Motorways FB&H ltdis the first in terms of investments in 2013 (439,203,235 KM), and the third company according to the net profit in 2013 ( 76,058,573 KM).
